Meet Andrea Scarlett-Lozer, LL.B, LEC, LM&A


A seasoned commercial and intellectual property attorney with over 20 years of experience.

Andrea brings to Peridot Law a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success. Her strong legal and business acumen, coupled with exceptional technical abilities, makes her a formidable advocate for her clients. As a skillful negotiator with a strong network, Andrea is adept at handling cross-border commercial transactions and has a demonstrated history of assisting clients in achieving their strategic goals and legal milestones for projects and organizations.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Andrea started her career as an Associate at Myers, Fletcher & Gordon and was elevated to partnership in 2014. She later left and joined the law firm Levy Cheeks as a Partner. Andrea is now heading her own firm PERIDOT LAW where she will continue serving both local and international clients.

Meet Gisele Gibson, Attorney-at-Law


Gisele Gibson is an Attorney-at-Law with over 20 years of experience, specializing in Real Estate, Secured Lending, Estate Planning & Trusts, and Administration of Estates.

Gisele began her practice in 2004 at Livingston, Alexander & Levy, later becoming a Partner in 2011. In April 2025, she joined PERIDOT LAW as a Partner, deepening and expanding the firm’s capacity to serve its target clientele.

Since being called to the Bar, Gisele has concentrated on Estate Planning & Trusts and Administration of Estates. She excels in advising clients on tax-efficient estate plans and guiding them through probate and administration, combining legal expertise with empathy and clarity.

Additionally,

Gisele is a skilled conveyancer, handling the acquisition and disposal of real estate, drafting and negotiating commercial and residential leases, and managing both contested and uncontested applications to modify restrictive covenants.

Her conveyancing practice also extends to Secured Lending, where she regularly represents major lending institutions in preparing security documentation, sales under mortgagee’s power of sale, and foreclosure applications.

Gisele is an active member of both the Jamaican Bar Association and its Conveyancing Law Sub-Committee.
